We are delighted to announce that Simpson & Marwick was
named Family Law Firm of the Year at the Law Awards of
Scotland 2011 held in Glasgow on 8 September. Simpson
& Marwick also won the prestigious Chairman's Award, chosen by
Lord Browne of Ladyton.
The judges were particularly impressed with our innovative
delivery of legal services. Four of our team members are now
trained in collaborative law, and we can also
offer the services of an accredited mediator and arbitrator.
Although we always aim to resolve disputes as amicably as
possible, we recognise that in certain circumstances litigation is
necessary. Not only do we offer various methods of alternative
dispute resolution; we are also experienced litigators who provide
our clients with a first-class service.
