The conference chairman, Harry Boyle, is managing partner of the
firm's Dundee office. He has extensive experience of personal
injury claims, including high value road traffic and employers' and
public liability actions in the Court of Session and sheriff
court.
Sandy Kemp, solicitor advocate and partner, is head of the
firm's employment law team. Sandy is accredited by the Law Society
of Scotland as an employment law specialist. He is regularly
instructed by other solicitor practices to handle their own
employment law issues and is regarded as one of Scotland's leading
employment lawyers.
Also speaking will be David Hughes, partner, who is accredited
by the Law Society of Scotland as an employment law specialist. An
experienced litigator, David has developed an interest and
expertise in workplace mediation as a means of alternative dispute
resolution and is a certified mediator.
Deborah Inglis, from our employment law department in Dundee, is
also accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an employment law
specialist. Deborah has a particular interest and expertise in
discrimination law.
