Leeds LS1 6ET commencing 9.45 and concluding 16.00. The morning
session will focus solely on disease related topics specifically
asbestos. We are delighted to announce that our guest speaker will
be Mr Charles Hind, Consultant Chest Physician at the
Cardiothoracic Centre, University of Liverpool.
The afternoon session will cover topical issues including jury
awards/damages/ogden, costs, credit hire, fraud and limitation
together with a look at the settling of personal injury/employment
tribunal claims.
