As previously mentioned in our September SMIB Simpson &
Marwick won the Litigation Firm of the Year Award for 2007 at the
Law Awards of Scotland.
At the recent Scottish Legal Awards, Richard Loudon and his team
were the winners of the Residential Property Team of the Year.
There have also been major changes for Richard and his team. The
residential property team of Paull & Williamsons in Aberdeen
has recently joined Simpson and Marwick. This has seen the opening
of another office in Aberdeen for the firm. This office will be
solely a Property Shop.
As well as the opening of a new office in Aberdeen, the firm has
also opened a new Property Shop in North Berwick in East
Lothian.
