SMIB - April 2010
Personal Injury Issue 38 - Graeme Watson
Welcome to the spring edition of SMIB. This month we report on
new legislation that will increase damages in fatal claims, another
claim arising out of an incident at a school, why shaking your fist
at someone twice could land you in trouble, why commonsense can
still win the day and the consequences of an unreasonable act by
the claimant on their claim. We also highlight a recent court
decision on the interpretation of the Freedom of Information
Act.
If you would like more information about these or any other
