Let me start by apologising for inflicting a SMIB-less few
months on you. As you can see,we've been busy during the hiatus
creating a new look for the publication. This matches Simpson &
Marwick's new visual identity, which I'm sure you will become more
familiar with over the coming months. Our aim remains the same,
however: to inform and entertain you with news of our recent
litigation work and other activity. We're always keen to hear your
