An impressive young lawyer experienced in the off-shore
industry.
Carly is a Solicitor Advocate with extended rights of audience
in the Supreme Courts. She represents insurance clients in a
variety of actions, including accidents at work, road traffic
accidents and insurance recovery cases. She has particular
interest in and experience of the off-shore industry. Her
case load is predominantly in the Court of Session but she does
also appear regularly in the sheriff courts. Carly graduated
in law at the impressive age of nineteen.
Carly has sky dived, bungee jumped and completed the Moonwalk
full marathon to raise money for charity. She loves the beach and
is fond of both Goa and Arbroath. Her favourite book is Jamaica Inn
by Daphne Du Maurier.

from 2010.

The facts
The pursuer, a 19 year old girl, was admitted to hospital in
February 2006 with a severe gastric illness. Arterial blood
