David has extensive experience of Sheriff Court and Court of
Session actions, having worked exclusively in litigation throughout
his career. He specialises in employer's liability, personal injury
and road traffic actions, as well as insurance law, insurance
recoveries and landlord and tenant disputes. David's clients are
predominantly in the public sector, although he also successfully
defends corporate and insurance clients. David joined the firm from
Hennessy Bowie where he was a Partner.
David enjoys reading and playing football. His favourite holiday
destination is the South of France.
