An accredited Employment Law specialist offering her
clients the full range of employment law services.
Deborah has extensive experience in employment law litigation
and has appeared in employment tribunals throughout the UK
representing both her public and private sector clients. Her
practice includes clients in the criminal justice and education
sectors and businesses large and small. Deborah acts for and
advises clients in all aspects of employment law including
discrimination, equal pay, disciplinary and performance matters,
redundancy and severance, harassment and the TUPE regulations.
Deborah is also a part-time tutor by the University of Dundee to
tutor Advanced Employment Law on their Diploma in Legal
Practice.

Accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in
Employment Law. A member of the Employment Law Group, the
