A motivated and capable lawyer, known for her skill in
negotiation.
Kate has considerable experience and expertise in a number of
practice areas, including personal injury and disease actions,
insurance recoveries and judicial reviews. She appears regularly in
the sheriff courts representing her insurance, public sector and
commercial clients, where she is known for her particular skill in
negotiation. Kate is an invaluable member of both our Occupational
Disease Unit and our highly rated Administrative and Public Law
team. She also co-ordinates fraud initiatives across the
firm.
Out of the office, Kate enjoys cooking, running and spending
time with friends.

from 2011.
Fraud Co-ordinator and Member of the Occupational Disease Unit,
