An occupational disease specialist with ten years experience, with particular knowledge of high value asbestos claims.

Toni's career has focussed on occupational disease, and she practised as a Pursuer's agent in this field for seven years prior to joining Simpson & Marwick. This experience gives her an invaluable insight into defending occupational disease claims, which she employs to best effect for her clients, and to the Firm's Occupational Disease Unit.  She specialises in defending high value claims arising from asbestos-related disease, hand-arm vibration syndrome and occupational deafness, predominantly in Court of Session actions.

A keen snowboarder, Toni enjoys spending time in the French Alps with her family. Toni enjoys reading, films and cooking, and her favourite book is Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon.
