Qualifying in 1990 and previously Head of Family Law and
Litigation at Bonar Mackenzie, Lisa joined Simpson & Marwick in
December 2011 to support the growing Family Law team at Simpson
& Marwick, including three accredited Partners serving
Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
Lisa, a trained collaborative lawyer, specialises in Divorce,
separation, child law and international child abduction. She also
has extensive experience in relocation matters, financial
provision, mediation and representing the interests of children as
curator ad litem. Lisa also represents incapable adults in
her role as court appointed safeguarder.
As an accredited mediator and specialist in family law, Lisa is
a key member of the award winning Family Law practice.
