Vikki is an experienced litigator acting for clients in Personal Injury and Health & Safety matters. She has particular knowledge and expertise of Road Traffic and Employer's Liability claims, which together form the larger part of her caseload. Representing insurance and commercial clients, Vikki appears regularly in both the Court of Session and sheriff courts. Her personal injury expertise extends to disease, and she is a key member of the firm's Occupational Disease Unit.

Qualified 2001, joined Simpson & Marwick 2003, assumed Partner 2009.

A member of the Institute of Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH), the Edinburgh Bar Association and the Law Society of Scotland. Vikki is also a Notary Public.

The Stockline Inquiry (2008). Vikki recently acted for clients who were named core participants in the "Stockline Inquiry", the first to be heard in Scotland under the Inquiries Act, following the explosion at a plastics factory in Glasgow.
