Architects in Scotland and the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors, and are panel solicitors for the Law Society of
Scotland. In addition to our strong Scottish presence the team
regularly meets and advises clients from our London office.
As professional regulation and disciplinary procedures tighten,
we are well placed to advise, support and represent. Our
professional indemnity unit liaises closely with our employment
unit to provide a seamless service from internal disciplinary
procedures to regulatory investigations and hearings. We support
professionals in their particular regulatory context, be that the
Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ombudsman Services, the GMC or
many others. We are members of the Association of Regulatory and
Disciplinary Lawyers.
